Lump and noticeable indentation of loss of breast tissue

I noticed a lump in my breast in February 2018. I ignored it because I have been told I have fiberous breasts by my OBGYN. In the last 4-5 weeks the lump has gotten more prominent. Everytime I shower, I feel it. I went in yesterday and saw a Nurse Practioner at a breast clinic. She agreed that the lump was there (I was scared I was imagining it) and that I had very lumpy breasts, but this one was significant compared to the others. She said it felt cystic but ordered a mammogram, Ultrasound, and possibly a biopsy next week. The lump is concerning, but what really has me worried is opposite side of my breast has a large area of my breast that seems to be void of breast tissue. This is relatively new. It is not a "dimple" like I have seen in photos, but is very noticeable to be as an indentation of sorts. It feels completely different than my other breast. I have searched online and in this forum and have not seen anyone describe something like this. Has anyone else had this? When I lay on my back, the area of my breast close to my sternum has a significant area without any breast tissue.

I would definitly get it check if for nothing else, but for your peace of mind. It could be something to do with your fobrocystic breast disease but you should get it looked at just in case it would be something more serious. Good luck and I’m praying that everything turns out to be okay.
