Cord like feeling in my breast with a couple lumps

hi I'm new here and I was worried about my breast well one of them at least, I had My Id in my bra and my son head butted my chest ,I had pain there after it happened then a couple days later I noticed a bruise where the end of the card pushed into my boob ,after a few days of tender mild pain I then noticed a cord like vein in my breast going from where the bruise was to my nipple and a couple of lumps around wher the nipple is but everything feels connected like a line with a couple of lumps on it this all happened over the course of a week , sadly I can't get an appointment with my doctor for two weeks and it's a little scary having new things going on with my breast .i welcome all thoughts pleease
