A lot of pain after breast exam, please advise

I've not had pain in my breast until today since my breast exam. I've only had an odd sensation like milk letdown but ever since my physical breast exam this morning I've had a lot of pain, almost constant. Kinda like a stinging, burning pain that starts in the lump area then radiates down. Anyone with a similar experience and is this more indicative of cysts?
