Pain since biopsy

Hi! I had a couple spots biopsied a little over a month ago; it was a fine needle aspiration. One of the spots that came back as a fibroadenoma but now this spot HURTS. It doesn't hurt unless I touch it but when I do, it's a sharp pain. It makes me hesitant to do my monthly checks. Oddly enough, I hardly felt this spot during the biopsy at all. The others hurt some but this particular spot, I hardly even knew it was happening.

The other biopsied spots do not hurt now so I'm wondering why this one does. Any feedback is greatly appreciated!
