I am in my 50's and having yearly ultrasounds and a grandparent who passed away from breast cancer at 59, I have been feeling off the past week. I have used hot flannels, taken ibuprofen and when I change my bra notice the pain in my right breast when adjusting myself, even when I bend over I have felt soreness.. It feels like a 5 in pain when I touched my breast and for the first time noticed my nipple is more inverted than it ever has been, even when I sit up without a bra on I feel slight pain and discomfort without even touching my breast, my collar bone is tender also when I do a self exam and it feels like a small lump close to my nipple and my breast also looks a bit more saggier than my other..

Should I be concerned?

I woke up to this gosh awful burning pain under my left breast.. it feels like I had my bra on too tightbut it's not.. It's still burning and it's been 1/2 hr now.. is this something anyone else has felt? I will definitely be following up on Monday with a dr appt.
