Final path report after PBMX

I would like to share my final path report after my PBMX. I went yesterday to the hospital to have my drains removed. I am now three weeks after surgery, still recovering from it.

My report says I had nothing in the left and in the right, a benign papiloma (no atypia) Only some benign findings but not atypia at all.

I wonder if I over reacted extremely with the pbmx. My first finding was a papilloma with flat epithelial atypia, and in only four months the second one (this one was removed during the pbmx)

The good thing is I am really happy with the results. I had skin & nipple sparing sub muscular placement. No rippling at all, my nipples look amazing even though the surgery was through the areola and the surgery lasted nine hours. My breast look like if I have had an augmentation rather than a mastectomy.
