Does LVI require radiation after mastectomy?

Hi I am just going to be finishing chemo. I had lvi on pathology report but had mastectomy with very clear margins and nothing in nodea. I have read where one of the reasons radiation is done is for lvi. Would this be overkill

Any thoughts or comcerns would be apprwciated.
