Spider bite or ๐Ÿ stings

What is the best way to take care of a lymphy arm with bug bites that swell? Neighbors and family members have had yucky bites and stings this year and I was lucky not to have one.

Is ice ok to use to help with swelling? Does an antihistamine cause any issues for lymphedema?

Just my random thoughts tonight.

    ice makes sense but Iโ€™m not an expert on icing bites. Wash bite, antibiotic cream and bandaid. Donโ€™t scratch at all. Donโ€™t want to get an infection or spread the poison.

    It ususlly will drive me crazy for three days if i donโ€™t touch it. If you scratch it it will drive you crazy for three weeks!
