I have had 5 failed implant reconstructions on both breasts, one with a Latissimus Dorsi. I have had so many problems since with pain and nerve strikes, etc., that I just want these 450cc implants out ASAP. I just do not know which route I should go. SIEF with only fat transfer or fat transfer with small 200cc implants. I am 5’5”, 180lbs. I know that a lot of the fat could leave the area or die and I know I will need more than one procedure, so if anyone can help with maybe a certain direction I should go in, I would really appreciate your help. Thank you.
