Premenopausal and became Tamoxifen resistant

I was diagnosed the first time at 39 with ILC then the second time at 42 again with ILC. My Dr will put me into menopause and start an AI this month. I have no idea what to expect. Hoping for advice. I had no side effects on Tamoxifen and have very regular cycles.
