Same spot 4 years on spine after radiation/chemo

Found it on my spine and had radiation and chemo in 2013/2014. But now it is back and looking at possible surgery to remove it. Will find out after MRI is reviewed early this week. Just wondering if anyone has gone thru this? Either metastases to the same spot after treatment or if you have had surgery to your spine to remove the bad part. I have no other spots and I think this is why surgery is being considered. Thank you
