Concerned about Symptoms

Hey everyone! Recently I was diagnosed with Ductal Carcinoma In Situ-High Grade, Extensive(I have small and Dense Breasts BI RAD 4C) Well over the past couple weeks since the pain first started(right in the spot where my Pleomorphic Calcifications are) I've been experiencing pain in my shoulders, upper back, ribs, up the back of my head,breasts, nipples etc and even some tingling in my arms and around that area. I have no major changes to my breasts such as skin changes, redness, no visible lumps nor can feel any etc. I went to the ER and he told me my labs and X-ray was clear and that I have Bronchitis but with having bad anxiety as well as my town having a bad reputation with Drs I worry that something has been missed and the cancer is far more invasive. I'm scheduled to see an Oncologist November 6th and unfortunately they can't get me in any sooner. I know stress can do a number on the body and it's said that my type of breast cancer doesn't cause pain but I'm very intuitive and something just doesn't seem right :-(
