Has anyone had fat transfer after wide excision lumpectomy?

Hi all! I'm nearly a year out from wide excision lumpectomy, chemo and rads for 2cm DCIS along with 2 small areas of IDC (triple neg). The lumpectomy removed an area 7cm wide x 5cm high x 2cm deep from the upper outer quadrant of my breast, and a margin revision took an equal amount - which equals at least 1/3 of my breast tissue (pretty much an A cup even before surgery). I've honestly not considered reconstruction options up till now because in the back of my mind, I figured that would happen when the other shoe dropped, and I ended up having BMX for recurrence. But recently I'm feeling like I'm ready to put the worry behind me and just move on and feel good about my body.

I'd love to hear from anyone who's done fat transfer after lumpectomy - what your experience was like, how you feel about the results, etc. Ideally I'd like to increase the size of both breasts to a B-cup, fill out the dented area along the 7cm scar, and probably have the left side "lifted" so it matches the position of the right side. Implants aren't for me, since my breasts are dense and difficult to image anyway.

Thanks for any feedback you can share!
