Itchy breast

hi, i am 30 years old and about a week i had pain in my upper back that lasted one day. The next day i started to get itchy on my underarm and goes to my right breast and also in my upper back. The only way i feel kind of better is if i don’t wear a bra. The itch comes and goes throught out the day. I hve scheduled doctor appt for tuesday but im worried i wont be taken seriously. I am worried . I read immflamatory breast cancer can cause itchy breast. Was this your only symptom? Pleas

Have you tried some antihistamine?

all this week i have been taking claritin and benadryl thinking it was an allergic reaction and also antibiotics but no change. I do not have any red or rash or nothing else is just and itch and maybe a burning sensasion that comes and goes.
