I’m on Tamoxifen for IDC (invasive dictator carcinoma) and 3 years in remission. I’ve been told to take DIM as I’ve gained weight despite excessive diet and exercise and can’t lose anything. I’ve had thyroid testing and cortisol testing and everything seems to be normal but Clearly it isn’t. My doctor hasn’t heard of DIM. Does anyone else take DIM that’s on Tamoxifen

    Hi there. I take DIM in leu of an anti hormone. However I’ve never heard that it helps you lose weight. IMO there is no need to take DIM if you are taking Tamoxifen. Good luck and keep us posted
