Any thoughts on the NCI Kacyla w temozolomide study?

I recently found out that I have brain metastases that are going to require radiation. I am HER2+ and currently on Herceptin and Perjeta, but I may be eligible for this clinical trial:
I was wondering if anyone on this forum had thoughts or experiences with this study or with temozolomide to share. Thanks.
