Small lump under arm

Did anyone here have a lump under her arm after surgery? I had 4 nodes removed in my sentinel node biopsy, and have complete range of motion now with no pain. (I am one month post-op). My breast is healing well, and the scar from the SN biopsy is fine, too, but above the scar, closer to my armpit, I have a small bump. It isn't painful, unless I push it hard. Any others of you have something like this?

EdithMary, hi! I had a BMX in March 2018. I thought I had a seroma at the end of the surgical scar on my left side - where my DCIS was found and the sentinel nodes were removed. Now months later I have a lump under my right arm. My PT didn't know what it was and neither did my primary care physician. I had an ultrasound and it showed that the "lump" was actually fluid build up and the seroma (fluid build up) was actually tissue. I was much relieved. Haven't decided what to do with it as they offered to aspirate it. I didn't have any reconstruction.
