I just completed treatments- woohoo!

I found this calculator for neoadjuvant therapy and am curious if these percentages are similar to what your oncologist gave you after completing treatment.

My oncologist on one hand told me the calculator should be accurate than on the other hand said we don't really know how advanced my cancer was because we treated first. In other words, my prognosis could be worse. I want to believe the calculator! It seems like the whole point of the calculator is that no one doing chemo first really knows their exact beginning stage. Interested in hearing your thoughts. Thanks!

My onc was a little more optimistic than this.

Note that this is based on data that was published in 2008. So it's from women who started treatment in 2003 at the latest.

hapa- really? That is great to hear. My oncologist makes me feel like I could be anywhere in a 70-90% span because of the lack of knowledge of how severe I was to begin. I've considered getting a second opinion, but I am happy with his treatment plan-- the second opinion would be just because I want someone to tell me my numbers are better.
