Hello. My oncotype is 12. I am PR+ ER+ and HER2-. My tumor was 3.5cm and I am 41 years old. ILC. During my surgery, my sentinel node was clear but full path showed micro traces of ILC. My breast surgeon said her colleagues are 50/50 split about whether I should have additional nodes tested to see if the ILC spread or not. I am meeting with an oncologist tomorrow to discuss treatment. the way I figure it, if chemo is off the table due to my low oncotype, I don't need to know if it spread to more lymph nodes. But maybe they'd do chemo if it DID spread? So many scenarios to work through. Did you get your results yet?

hi not yet, I am waiting on them I had masectomy 1 week ago. Do you mind telling me what your er and pr numbers were? Also your ki67? It sort of seems like those numbers seem to be the big deal
This is all very stressful, I hope for a happy ending for us all

Oh and I am stage 1b!
-
ER and PR were both 99.9%. I had a mastectomy 9/13. My ki67 was intermediate (not low, not high). I don't recall the exact # and I don't have my paperwork with me.
-
I am 38 and also with ilc, 1.5cm. No nodes. So I’m glad to see your numbers and see a low onco. I hope to get one too

I'm hoping for a low # for you too! Please update when you know. Hang in there!

(My lab just gives the range of ER/PR)
Grade 2 (3/2/1)
No ki 67 on path report.
Clear nodes
Oncotype 12
Hoping for a low score for you
