Aquired retracted nipple

Hello!

Firstly, let me start off by making it clear that i'm new to this place so i'm not sure if i'm creating this post in the right "topic" or if my post is even relevant. I was just really worried and wanted some help/advice so i searched the internet(i know it's not the best place) and here i am.

1) I've never had inverted nipples. A few weeks ago, my right nipple turned inverted. It does get erect when stimulated but is usually inverted.

2) I also experience slight discomfort/burning in the breast sometimes. But it only lasts a couple of minutes and then it's gone.

3) About a month ago, I had dry patches around the nipples too. Not exactly crusty, but white dry skin. I have eczema so i didnt give it much attention. Just applied some vaseline and it was gone in a few days.

4) I think i have swollen glands (or nodes. Im not good with medical terms) in my neck. I got them checked by a doctor and he said he couldnt feel anything. I couldnt feel anything either that day. But i can feel them again now.

After i experienced all of this, I've been reading alot about breast cancer symptoms lately. Im not sure if im being paranoid or should i actually be concerned, but im scared. I am going to get myself checked by an oncologist in a week or so. Not just yet though cause i have a busy schedule. I just wanted to know, are the chances of me having cancer high? I mean the rapidly aquired inverted nipple. Is it a big sign?

Also, is it possible that i have cancer even if the oncologist says i dont. (Without any proper screening)

I'm 20. Never been pregnant. No breast surgery or anything. I'm actually really scared. Please help?
