I've been taking Tamoxifen for several months now but still have very regular monthly cycles. Does this mean that the tamoxifen is not really working well in me?

No, I wouldn't worry about that. Drug side effects don't happen to everyone (including irregular periods). For example, muscle pain is a common side effect with cholesterol medications, but you still see cholesterol control in people who don't get the side effects. So you could just be a person who keeps their regular cycle. Also, tamoxifen side effects tend to build. I think I had regular cycles for a few months, and then it eventually changed to 6-7 week cycles.

Regular cycles for two years on tamoxifen despite the PS telling me repeatedly that it would throw me into menopause. He failed to mention that I'd have all the menopausal symptoms while having all the joys of periods. 😊
