Anyone out there super sensitive/allergic to a gazillion things?

Options

I went to a Dermatologist and had two spots frozen off my face (which gave me a migraine,) she cut off a suspicious spot on my back and then did a punch biopsy of my nipple area (which I just found out is Paget's). Just from these procedures I had a major inflammatory flare(I have been told I probably have fibromyalgia). I had an allergic reaction to the stitches at the biopsy site and reaction to the bandaid on my back (I forgot to tell them to only use gauze and surgical tape). Today I had the stitches out and felt immediate relief. I told her about my reactions and she told me to talk to the oncologist when I see her next week --hopefully will have some ideas on non allergenic suture material if I have to have a partial or full masectomy (which she expects will be the case). I am super sensitive to most medications, most skin care products, to being confined to one position( I have to move and stretch at least every half hour or so). How I am going to handle this is what is scaring me more than anything! If there is anyone like me I would appreciate your ideas?

Hi, I have super sensitive skin I had a mastectomy then months later a DIEP. I didn't have any reactions but 5 years later funny deep itching. For the longest time I had little to no skin sensation but it is coming back. Benedryl is my best friend since the itching is worse at night. My Mom had horrible nerve type pain fibromyalgia she took prednisone.

I am too, allergic to everything. I never was before, but ever since my surgery that's how it's been. I had an awful allergy to the surgical prep, the dermabond they used during lumpectomy, and then the radiation lotion that was supposed to prevent problems. I also get bandaid reactions if they are left on for more than a day. I fear having to have anything else done that requires any sort of bandage or topical application.

I don't have any ideas...I would go over your known allergies with the surgeon and see what else they can offer. I had to get a steroid shot to calm my skin down after everything.

Yep pretty much me,I'm allergic to the adhesive on the tape, bandages, bandaids etc. have super sensitive skin and system.

I had an open wound where they put the sticky for the heart monitor because I'm allergic to the crap on it my skin blisters and it literally tore my skin off when they removed it.

I got silicone implants and I suspect I will end up having a reaction to them too eventually. I'm like 100% sure the deep itching feeling in my breast sides are me reacting to the tubing for the drains.which I still have getting close to two weeks later.

The only thing I can tell you is straight up explain how your body reacts to the stuff  they might use.

    Good luck.

I can only moisturize with coconut oil. I have to use fragrance free laundry soap, shampoo, and body soap. It all started after mastectomy and got worst with chemo. itchy red spots on the skin. roving around patches..
