Swelling in one breast, feels like I'm overreacting

I'm 19 and I know breast cancer in teens is extremely rare, but a few days ago I had noticed one of my breast(on my left) has gotten unusually bigger. They were always asymmetrical but it wasn't really noticeable up until a few days ago, I don't know when exactly it happened though. My nipples seemed like they decreased in size(don't even know if that's possible) and when the one on the left is flatten, the middle of my nipple is looks more sunken in than usual(but it's not inverted if that makes sense). The swelling has gone down though but it's still swollen and the rest still look the same, I don't have any swollen lymph nodes, nor lumps just those 2 things. I do plan on making a doctors appointment just in case.

A doctor appointment is a good idea to discuss hormonal and teenage breast issues. The odds that there is anything seriously wrong is pretty close to zero at nineteen. Benign lumps and cysts are very common in teens too.
