Weight loss/ Shoulder pain/ Fatigue from Tamoxifen?

My wife has a whole body bone scan in 2 weeks to check for recurrence but I was hoping that some of her symptoms could be because of Tamoxifen. She’s lost probably 30 lbs over the last year, some from exercising and eating better, some more unexplained. She’s had a nagging shoulder/back pain for at least the last 6 months and maybe since her original diagnosis. And she’s felt really fatigued but that has seemed to come and go as of late. Just trying to talk myself off the ledge before this big scan and stop from going to that dark place.
