pink spots on breast, possibly inflammatory breast cancer?

Hello everyone!

I am 22 years old and have had a couple of breast cancer scare a few months ago. I have been noticing pink spots appearing on my breast for a couple weeks now and I decided to do the worst thing and google what it could be which lead me to discovering the symptoms of inflammatory breast cancer. I think i see similar patches of pink skin on my stomach forming but i don't want to assume they are the same. The first time I saw the pink spots was a couple days before my period and they remained there all through my period but now the redness has gone away which lead me to think it was a hormonal thing. I noticed a day or so later that more pink spots appeared on the outside of both of my breast and have been there for about a week now. Yesterday after my shower, I noticed what seemed to be similar spots on my stomach near my belly button, then this morning i noticed a few more pink spots on the outside of my left breast where there was one spot already. The spots are only pink, no itching, no pain or soreness, no hardness underneath, and it's not even raised. I'm not sure what is going on but my gut is telling me that it could be Inflammatory breast cancer because majority of the spots are on my breast. I do have an appointment with my primary care physician in a few days and was hoping to show her. Any advice/thoughts are appreciated! thank you!
