    Michelle411z You need to look at your AFLAC policy. My AFLAC policy was issued in 2004 and it may or may not have the same benefits as your plan. It you don't have a copy of your policy, call 1-800-992-3522 AFLAC Customer Service. They can give you the details of your plan and send a duplicate copy of your policy. If you haven't already filed a claim, make sure you send in a copy of your pathology report with the claim. Good luck.
