nitewolf69 - sorry about your Mom. Idk what a limpfoid is? Do you mean lymph node? Since they found inflammation in one node they need to make sure what it is and if other nodes are affected.

As for her hernia that would be a question for her medical team. Ask them. We aren’t medical professionals so it would be a guess.

Definitely make a list of questions you want to ask. Not every woman’s case is the same.

Support your mom as best you can and post here if you have questions/concerns. We will do our best to help.

    Diane

nitewold69, It’s wonderful that you want to learn about bc to give your mother support. It can be very confusing and overwhelming. I’m glad your mother has such a caring daughter. If you use the search portion of this site you may get answers to your questions.

thank you, she had both of her breast removed last week, they found a little inflammation where stitches are, so that's why got to go for more surgery so can remove rest of the lymph node (not limfoid, I finally know now, sorry for wrong wording)!
