MTNBC with lung met

My name is Sukhun, and my wife is metastatic TNBC patient with a lung met. I attach her Foundation One result on her original tumor.

She was originally diagnosed with stage 3 tnbc in April 2017. After 8 cycles (AC and doxetaxel), she went through a surgery. The response was subtle (somewhat SD).

A month after her surgery, she had a bad stomach went to ER, only to find out a lung met.

We did Cisplatin and Paclitaxel and had a pr after 3 cycles but Progression after another 3.

We tried Xeloda and Tecentrique but had another progression after 3.

That is when I decided to really study her disease more seriously amd find out she may respond to Everolimus given her AKT2 amplification. Thus after discussion with our oncologist (here in Korea), we did 2 cycles of Eribulin and Everolimus, but again her cancer grew bigger......

Now we are on Cabozantinib and Nivolumab and hoping that these combo will do the job. She has AXL amplification, providing rationale for using cabozantinib since September.

If anyone has similar experience or any advice, please.

You could perhaps have a second opinion on the original pathology report and the slides. I have triple negative metaplastic cancer which is extremely rare and often doesn't have a good response to chemotherapy. I'm wondering if it might be worth researching metaplastic?

Sorry that I can't be of more help. My thoughts are with you and your wife.
