Breast discharge

i posted a while back. It’s years I have breast discharge both breasts usually when stimulated. It’s been sent to pathology on a slide twice. Benign. Recently I notice tiny traces on my bra (yellowish). Often it’s after working out but not always. Should I be concerned that it’s spontaneous now? :
