redness after biopsy

I had a fine needle biopsy this morning- she biopsied 3 places. One spot is super sore but looks fine other than a small bruise. Another spot looks same as the first, no soreness. The other spot is not sore but looks terrible! It has a large red rash, bruise, and raised area. Is this normal? I do plan to call the doctors office tomorrow if it still looks the same.

I also won't find out the results until Oct 15! The wait is terrible- they told me they will not tell me any results over the phone, so I must wait for that appointment.

Hi there. That does seem pretty normal to me. Keep using ice and hopefully that will help.
