Right nipple shrunk, entire breast seems swollen

Newbie here but I have some questions and just want to know if anyone is or has gone through the same thing. I’ll be seeing a DR on Monday, that takes me to my first question. Do I see my PCP or my OBGYN?

Two days ago I noticed my right nipple was MUCH smaller than normal. My right breast was also larger than normal. (I have 3 kids, last time I bf was 3 years ago, and I’m not pregnant) I did pinch it around the Areola and it seems like it’s starting to become inverted. Everything I read says cancer or pregnancy, and peeing on 4 sticks has ruled out pregnancy. Fast forward to today and my nipple is still doing the same thing but my breast is just warmer than the other one and I just feel little twinges and sensations inside (if that makes sense) Nipple is still doing some sort of inversion. I’m trying not to worry and to just let it go but these symptom should aren’t in my head. Also, I’m 25. Any insight or info isn’t GREATLY appreciated
