Women who have had OOPH/Hysterectomy talk to me!

I posted in here a month ago. I had a full hysterectomy on Dec. 7th. I was supposed to get an oophorectomy after my Er positive BC dx. I did not simply because I had several reconstruction surgeries and needed to return to work. The fibroids I had pre tamoxifen were small egg sized. The surgeon told me yesterday at my post op appointment that my fibroid was actually 8 inches in diameter. Gigantic! The pathology on all of my parts removed showed no pre-cancer or cancer. He said the Tamoxifen caused such extensive growth of my fibroid.I had my ovaries, uterus and cervix removed. My cervix had dysplasia and I was tired of painful colposcopies. I also swore the last uterine biopsy was my last as they are excruciating. I opted to stay on Tamoxifen because I am sure the AIs would be hard for me. I have terrific joint pain on Tamoxifen already. I finally got my medical cannibis card. No one understands how I can say I feel so much better so soon after surgery. I was carrying around an 8 inch fibroid plus a few egg sized ones. I can say I am tired but I make myself stay mildly active.
