Intermittent Neuropathy and Numbness? On Ibrance...

I have been on Ibrance (in the PALLAS trial) for about 5 months. The past few weeks I've developed some neuropathy. It feels different than the neuropathy that I experienced during Taxol treatment (that was steady, felt superficial (like confined to the skin and just beneath) and slowly progressed with treatments, but resolved shortly after taxol treatments ended). This is intermittent, feels deeper and comes and goes. Sometimes I get full on numbness in a finger or even my whole hand. I've also had some numbness in my face. At one point this was accompanied by headache and floaters - doc suspected ocular migraines. I did have a clear MRI of brain in June. I'm just curious if anyone else has experienced these types of symptoms. The intermittency of the side effects is odd to me, and I'm not sure what to think of it. Meeting with the trial onc today.
