Holding iPhone when can no longer use boob arm rest

I have a how do I make this work question  for dmx with recon? Or even without recon  I think the issues would be the same.a query for those who have already gone through it.

I realized I use my boobs as an armrest when I'm playing around on my iPhone. And I'm always playing on my iPhone between the old tv shows I have on iTunes,the music player or my umpteenhundred game apps I have downloaded . My old man laptop no longer wants to work so my phone is my computer . Any ideas for being able to use/hold the phone that won't put pressure on a super sensitive area like that after surgery?

I don't really have money to spend but I am being given a small pillow for the seat belt when coming back home so I will have a couple of wee pillows.i own a dollar store one that looks like a bed wedge for a Doll( it's supposed to hold  an iPad so it's a wedge with a roll that my phone keeps falling inbetween of)So there's that too. Will that work?

I was given a bed wedge from the BC centre so I will have that back support to. Tonight is first night using it.

I know!it comes up with words and I have no clue how it got that word cause it's not even close to what I typed.

I actually saw most of it somewhere last week and kept nodding because yep same issue. I added the fat fingers because mine have created many a questionable misspelling.
