Had diagnostic Mammo and u/s today (Asymmetry)

I got the all clear today, which was great news. The only thing that's kind of nagging at me is my screening mammo was 3D, and my diagnostic mammo today was 2D. They got good pictures and a lot of Ultrasound photos. Should I just rest easy?
**Btw, the original 3D mammogram was Birads 0 "Abnormal" due to Asymmetry in 2 areas on left breast (I've always had uneven breasts) and extreme density in both breasts.
