Just starting Kisqali and Arimidex — anyone else on this combo?

Hi all, I'm new, just joined today, the day I received my first packets of hormone therapy. I'm wondering if anyone else is on this combination and if they'd like to share their experiences, side effect management, etc.? And when do you take it? The medical assistant at my oncologist's office recommended taking them at night to minimize side effects but all the Kisqali inserts say take it in the morning — but without giving a reason. Maybe because more people remember to take their meds in the morning?
