dimple or stretch mark?

are dimples obvious to spot? Do they have to be deep and look as though something is pulling them in? I have a long stretch mark looking line on my lower breast only when I raise my arm it sinks in. I have a breast physical examination coming up this week but was just wondering if dimples are obvious? Thanks for any replies

I couldn't see mine until I lifted my arm over my head. It looked like a scar from a surgical procedure
