5 months post mri and biopsy found new lumps

Silly question I guess but please tell me it’s most likely that these three grouped lumps are benign? I have a mammogram and ultrasound schedule for next week because surgeon wanted me to follow up since I still had slight discharge from right breast. A few weeks ago these hard nodules just seemed to pop up in the upper outer quadrant of the right breast. I do have lots of cysts in both breasts and always have although these feel different.I’m 63 years old, seems like these darn cysts would go away, lol!
