7th breast cancer surgery in one year

I had dcis stage 0 and chose nipple sparing double mastectomy so I would be spared more pain. Unfortunately there were complications and am on third breast expander on left side and over filled implant on right side,am awaiting fills, going back to work and final surgery, I also want a smaller implant outcome in the end as the one the ps has in he chose 500 and is too large on the the pain scale after 5 lymph nodes removed. Anyone else been made to feel like a project out there
