I am Very Scared

Hi,

I am struggling with various health related anxieties lately. It all started with little chest pain. Doctor said i have defeciency of vitamin B12 and D and have GERD. After few days of taking antibiotics I noticed pain in both the breasts and white milky discharge from both the nipples (mild). Little swelling in left breast i can observe. After that a doctor suggested to stop taking antacids and take Vitamin E. Later i showed it to breast surgeon for discomfort and pain in left breast and shoulder and arms, doctor suggested to do scan. It showed mastitis and ductal ecastia with swollen nodes in both the breasts. Doctor prescribed antibiotics and gut renew, but still i fee occassional pain in left breast that goes to arm and underarm. I have stopped taking antibiotics 3 days ago. And this phenomena started at 10 of August. I am very worried because swelling doesnt go away and my left breast is little heavier. But there's no other symptom like redness or itching, breast looks clean. Should i be worried and go to doctor again, or it's just my anxiety that's making me think that i am not well. Please help
