Well, ain't this some BS! Been trolling this site for awhile so figured I'd start this thread. 48, happily married...loving life. Boating, camping, hubby and I own a successful business 4 kids (27, 17, 9 and 7!) Then, BAM, all has changed. I'm terrified of what's to come. But, I also just want it to be OVER. Not sure of my start date, but figure itll be in the next week or 2. Still have to get my ct to make sure it's not spread. Ugh. (Although doc said hed be shocked if it has so....). Anyone else anxiously waiting??

    One day at a time is what I recommend. Good luck with your treatments coming up. I went all through this. Sounds like you will have a good support system with your family. I focused on the end result. You will get to that, remember that, and life will get back to normal for you.
