Worried and nervous

I've been having painful and swollen lymph nodes for a few months. I went to the doctor Friday because it was severe. The doctor noted that all of my lymph nodes on my chest, hrough my neck and around under my arm where swollen . Doctor did blood work looking for Epstein-Barr virus . Sunday I noticed two dents under my left breast. The lymph nodes have calmed down significantly. My right side seems fine but my left is still irritated. For a couple of months I have noticed that the tissue just outside of my breast across my collarbone and under my arm is Tinder and feels thicker. I had a baby a year ago in August. I stopped breastfeeding 4 months ago. Once my milk dried up which was fairly quick because I wasn't producing much, I noticed my sad breasts were much thinner and sadder than they were before this last baby. A chalked this up to being a part of the process. However about 6 weeks ago my husband and I both noticed that my left breast feels a little Fuller than it did 2 months ago. I have very fibrous breasts so I'm not new to lumps and pain. However the normal fibrous tissue and Associated pain is throughout my breast. The current pain and swelling is mostly from just inside the breast tissue to my collarbone and around my armpit.

I went back to the doctor this morning after finding the dents on the left side. The doctor said she's not worried but ordered a diagnostic ultrasound and or mammogram. So now I'm trying not to stress and stay off Google.

I feel like much of what I'm experiencing is not typical breast cancer symptoms but on the other hand I know something is different and off.
