Pus! Is it an Infection?!?!

First I had a small bit of green pu coming from the incision going down the center of my breast (bmx with skin and nipple sparing) and now a week later after using silvadene cream the dr prescribe a small place with a scab around my aereol....same breast has a small amount of pus coming from it. No fever but I itch a lot. I am so over this and I am afraid this will delay my exchange surgery.
