Stubborn area won’t heal!

I had a right side MX and reduction on the left. The incision is mostly healed all over except for the tiny area under the breast. I had the PS surgeon check it and he said to use wound wash and gauze to clean it. Let it dry and cover it with telfa pad w neosporin. It has been a week and it looks better but not healed. He said it should be like new pink skin. I am 5 weeks out.,it hits right on the bra line and I am always hot! So I’m sure that doesn’t help. It is not infected. Any help or tip are appreciated!

I used manuka honey on my open wound. It worked like a charm. I got mine on-line but now I see that CVS carries it.
