Looking for pillow that lets me lie on tummy for massage

Hello, I had a 1 sided mastectomy with immediate reconstruction. I'd love to get a back/shoulder massage, but when I lay on my tummy it feels as if I am laying on an overfilled water balloon! Does anyone out there know of a specialized pillow that will allow me to comfortably lay on my stomach while the therapist massages my back? Preferably one with a removable/washable cover.
