Anybody Tamoxifen resistant?

After a very uncommon recurrence on a reconstructed breast (IBR after nipple sparing mastectomy), doctors are still figuring out what happened to me because "I was not supposed to get a recurrence" (?!). I had Tamoxifen for 4 years and now they are wondering if I was not "Tamoxifen resistant". Some argument related to this hypothesis:
- intolerant to Tramadol
- intolerant to codeine
- not able to drink any alcohol (drunk with one gulp only...)
- very sensitive to various drugs
Is anybody experienced Tamoxifen resistance? How do you discovered it? What hormonal therapy do you have now?
