Bloody nipple discharge/ stained bra/ negative tests

I will try not to ramble on too much.
I am 29. and I have posted before on this topic about a year and a bit ago, concerned about bloody nipple discharge and since then, have had multiple tests including mammo, ultrasound, 2 biopsies and 3 MRI's.
Mammo didnt pick up anything. Ultrasound picked up a tiny spot that they biopsied and came back benign. The first MRI came back with BIRADS 4, and i had to come in for an MRI biopsy. The MRI biopsy also came back benign and they put a titanium clip in for future MRI exams. 6 months later for a follow up it came back as BIRADS 3. Which was great to hear that it went down a rating and also the bloody nipple discharge had went away. Fast forward to today.. I was changing clothes and noticed a blood stain in my bra. I am freaking out all over again, because all of my tests have come back benign so far and now the blood is back!
I guess my question would be, has anyone gone through a similar situation? Having bloody nipple discharge come and go like this?
Im really confused and concerned why this is happening after all these tests have not shown anything?? Its really scaring me.
