Anyone had success with any muscle relaxers other than Valium?

I had a UMX on 8/3. I was prescribed norco for pain control and Valium for the spasms. I’m off the pain meds, but the spasms are still happening, and I wondered if there was any other non narcotic med to help with this?

Carisoprodol, or Soma is the only one that helps me. Also taking Calcium and magnesium chewable tablets at night helps with spasms. I get this problem alot, esp after reconstruction procedures.
