Lumpectomy and stereotactic at the same time?

Hello!
My doctor is referring me to a BS to have a lump removed within a week or two. I’m also referred for stereotactic biopsy on a cluster of microcalcifications in the same breast. My question is can these be done at the same time? The lump removal seems to be my doctor’s primary concern, but I’m hoping for a one-stop-shop!
