Worried and Stressed Out

It's been a few years since I've posted. I am 6 1/2 years out. I live in Bolivia, South America for 9 months out of the year and go back to the states for my checkups. ( my husband and I are missionaries) We head back mid- October for my checkups. I was in the doctor’s office last month to show I have had cancer for paperwork concerning our visa, and the doctor said he felt some nodules under my left arm( cancer side). I have some pain on this side from my lymphedema, but also my reconstruction has failed. Lately, I have had more pain than normal. When I got home I checked myself and did not notice anything, but found to lumps on the other side. Both breast’s were reconstructed with skin saving mastectomies. The lumps are both visual. My husband said they do not feel any different, but they doto me. Last check up my liver enzymes were elevated but checked again several weeks later and were normal. I also have constant pain under my right shoulder blade. I am so stressed. I normally don't worry. Anyone have a recurrence or Mets who have had skin sparing mastectomies? I need some encouragement from those who understand and walk in our shoes
